My case was won because my attorney kept fighting.

I could not ask for a better experience.

I didn't have a big case, but it didn't make any difference in how I was treated.

Prius Auto wrecks in Tennessee from bad brakes?

Posted on Jan 03, 2010

Detroit Bureau 12/24/09 - 33 Prius owners have filed complaints with the NHTSA about braking problems with the Toyota Prius. The Prius has a braking system that regenerates the battery when the vehicle decelerates, a "regenerative" braking system rather than the hydraulic system found on most cars. Drivers not used to the new braking system may find themselves having to brake harder. Drivers have complained of their cars surging when they hit potholes or railroad tracks. NHTSA reports that when the front wheels hit a bump, the regernative brakes can "cut out" and there is a delay before the friction brakes kick in. The hazard maybe worse for pedestrians if a Prius driver hits a bump before a cross walk and cannot brake. For more information, click here.
