A 68 year old truck driver, Mr. Edward Cole, lost control of his tractor trailer in the early morning hours of June 2, 2009 while driving westbound on I-24 near the Old Hickory Blvd. exit. He was found dead inside the cab of his truck, and did not appear to be seriously injured. Was he working to make up for money he lost with the downturn of the economy?  Or was he just the kind of person who doesn't want to retire and will work until he drops?
