Monday June 1 a passenger car slowed for animals in the road and was rear-ended by a tractor trailer following behind. This isn't supposed to happen. iI the truck driver is keeping a proper lookout and safe interval between his truck and the vehicle just ahead, it can't happen. For more information, click here.
